If you want to read something different from the mainstream romantic/vampire books that are in fashion, this series will be a nice surprise. Like Ms. Fowle's other books in the series, I continued to like the story line and characters in this one. I still can't shake the feeling of being told the story, instead of living it, which - for me anyway - makes it less than perfect. But I liked it, and will look forward to more of her work.Product details

good book
This series really was a nice surprise. I loved the story line , characters, twist & turns & dialogue between characters. I especially read the last part in one day to see what was going to happen. I really enjoyed it. Thank you for such a entertaining read at such a wonderful price!
This is a series meant for those who enjoy a science fiction. You will find an interesting story that is written with a use of language that you may be surprised by, and yet it fits. The last book provides a great ending that tightly rounds up all the loose ends and neatly completes the set! Fowle's writing is worth the time, so give her stories a shot.
I am very pleased on how this series ended. I couldn't wait for this book to come out and I read it straight through. All four book are a great read. I love the twists and turns, and the flow of these books. Alex and Zeke relationship finally takes that turn we have been waiting for and I was not disappointed.
